Between, difference, Bleach, Further


Question by Dustin D: What's the difference between the Manga&Episodes of Bleach? Is one further than the other?

I just took a glimpse of episode 230 & noticed that I didn't see some of these people before in the Manga. I just don't get it D:
Can anyone help me?

The manga is obviously ahead of the anime, because the anime is based off the manga. The only reason why the two would be different are the fillers that are created every once awhile so the that the anime never catches up to the manga.

The reason why you don't recognize the character in Episode 230, is because that episode is the start of a new filler arc.
